1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and UnlockMaker Inc.("UnlockMaker," "we," "us," or "our") for access to our website and EZ Phone Help unlock guides. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What UnlockMaker provides

UnlockMaker provides access to EZ Phone Help unlock guides and educational walkthroughs about common phone lock scenarios, including:

• Carrier lock (SIM or network restrictions)
• Activation lock(iCloud / "locked to owner" on Apple devices)
• Blacklist and finance lock (IMEI blacklist and carrier finance restrictions)
• FRP lock (Android Factory Reset Protection / Google account lock)

Your membership includes, as available on the platform:

• Written step-by-step guides matched to device and lock type
• Links to third-party software and tools referenced in our lessons
• Video lessons and walkthroughs
• Unlock guides, tools, and support features through EZ Phone Help
• Unlock AI, an in-dashboard assistant that helps you navigate guides and troubleshoot steps (see Section 14)
• Optional member perks such as third-party voucher codes, where offered and subject to the third party's own terms

Content is provided for educational purposes. You follow instructions on your own device and at your own risk.

3. What we do not provide

UnlockMaker does not:

• Perform unlocks, removals, or bypasses on your behalf
• Sell or deliver IMEI unlock codes, activation codes, or carrier clearance services
• Guarantee that any guide, tool, or method will work for your device or situation
• Act as your agent with Apple, Google, carriers, finance companies, or law enforcement
• Represent that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, Samsung, any carrier, or any third-party tool named in our materials

Outcomes vary by device model, software version, carrier policy, account status, and local law. We make no warranty of successful unlock, account recovery, blacklist clearance, or device restoration.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll. By using UnlockMaker, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any device information you provide relates to hardware you own or have written permission to service.

You agree not to use our materials to attempt to bypass locks on stolen devices, to misrepresent ownership, or to violate carrier, manufacturer, or applicable law.

5. Account registration and access

UnlockMaker uses a pay-first enrollment model. Full platform access requires completing checkout through our payment provider. After payment, we send an activation link to the email address used at checkout. You create your account through that link.

Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@unlockmaker.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Activation links and access tokens are time-limited and should be treated as confidential. We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe your account is used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intake information and personalization

Before or during enrollment, you may complete an intake quiz or form asking for device details such as brand, model, carrier, country, IMEI or serial number, Android version, or lock reason. This information helps us surface the relevant EZ Phone Help unlock guides.

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. UnlockMaker is not responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect or incomplete device details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle intake data.

7. Premium content unlocks

During your trial period, the member dashboard is available, but individual guides and certain member perks (such as the Unlockzy voucher code) require a separate one-time "unlock" action inside your account before full access is granted.

Unlocking premium content delivers digital material immediately. Where applicable law requires it, we record your consent and the timestamp of each unlock for account and dispute records.

8. Subscription, billing, and payment

Pricing

EZ Phone Help access is $7.99 per month through a YouTube channel membership on EZ Phone Help. YouTube / Google bills the membership. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes where required.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by YouTube / Googleas a channel membership. YouTube's terms and privacy policy apply to checkout and billing. UnlockMaker does not collect or store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly rate. You authorize recurring charges when you complete checkout.

What you are buying

By joining EZ Phone Help, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to unlock guides, unlock tools, software links, and walkthroughs, plus a voucher with prepaid credits for a professional phone unlocking platform. This is not a purchase of an unlock performed on your device by UnlockMaker or EZ Phone Help.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time in YouTube membership settings. Follow the steps on our Cancel page, or email support@unlockmaker.com. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or YouTube policy.

Refund requests are handled according to YouTube's membership policies and applicable consumer protection law. Include the Google account email used at checkout when contacting us about billing disputes.

Because we deliver digital content, access may continue until the end of your paid billing period after cancellation, depending on how your subscription status is processed.

10. EEA, UK, and Swiss digital content (right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under applicable consumer protection laws.

Guides, video lessons, dashboard tools, and member perks such as voucher codes are digital content supplied electronically. When you unlock premium content, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once that access begins.

To withdraw before you unlock premium content, email support@unlockmaker.comfrom your account email with the subject "Withdrawal" and your order email. You can also cancel the YouTube membership in YouTube. Membership fees billed by YouTube / Google follow YouTube's refund rules and mandatory consumer law.

UnlockMaker records each premium unlock with a timestamp, consent text, and related account metadata for your records and for dispute resolution.

I request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law once access begins.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Share, resell, scrape, or redistribute unlock guides without permission
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Submit false ownership information or use guides on devices you do not own or control
• Harass staff, abuse support channels, or send malicious content through Unlock AI
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform except as permitted by law

You are solely responsible for compliance with carrier contracts, manufacturer terms of service, and local laws when following any guide or using any linked third-party tool.

12. Intellectual property

UnlockMaker and its licensors own the platform, unlock guides, branding, and software except for third-party content and tools referenced in guides. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use materials for your own educational purposes while your account is in good standing.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

13. Third-party tools, links, and services

Our guides reference third-party websites, software, and services (including payment, authentication, hosting, and AI providers). UnlockMaker does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, pricing, safety, malware risk, data practices, or outcomes.

Any voucher codes or external tool links are provided as educational references. Third-party offers are subject to the provider's own terms. We are not affiliated with Unlockzy or other vendors named in member materials unless explicitly stated.

You assume all risk when downloading software, making payments to external vendors, or following steps outside the UnlockMaker platform.

14. Unlock AI assistant

Unlock AI is an automated support assistant available to members. It helps explain guide steps, answer platform questions, and troubleshoot common lock scenarios. It does not perform unlocks, sell codes, or guarantee results.

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, or technical advice. You can delete your AI chat history from the dashboard; we also retain messages and usage logs as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any guide will produce a specific result. Educational content may become outdated as carriers and manufacturers change policies or software.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLOCKMAKER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE FUNCTION, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY GUIDE, TOOL LINK, OR AI RESPONSE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UNLOCKMAKER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UnlockMaker from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your misuse of device unlock methods on hardware you do not own or lack permission to service.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to UnlockMaker's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with non-waivable rights, those laws apply to the extent required.

Before filing a formal dispute, contact us at support@unlockmaker.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not required to use a specific ADR body unless the law says so.

19. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any checkout disclosures shown at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnlockMaker regarding the platform.
