Cancel membership

Cancel on YouTube

Use the same Google account that paid for the membership. There is no cancellation fee. YouTube stops future billing after you confirm. Access can continue until the end of the period you already paid.

Open YouTube memberships

On a computer

1. Sign in to YouTube with the Google account that joined EZ Phone Help.
2. Open Purchases and memberships from your profile picture, or use the button below.
3. Find EZ Phone Help and the Access Unlock Tools/Tips membership.
4. Select Manage, then Cancel membership, and confirm on the next screen.

On the YouTube app

1. Open the YouTube app and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Purchases and memberships.
3. Open the EZ Phone Help membership.
4. Tap Cancel membership and confirm.

If you joined on iPhone or Android

A membership started in the YouTube app may bill through Apple or Google Play instead of the YouTube website.

• iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then cancel EZ Phone Help or YouTube.
• Android:open Google Play, tap your profile, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, then cancel the EZ Phone Help membership.

After you cancel

YouTube / Google is the merchant of record. Refunds follow YouTube's membership rules and any consumer law that applies to you. Official YouTube help: Cancel a channel membership.

If you cannot find the membership, email support@unlockmaker.com from the Google account email used at checkout. We can point you to the right YouTube screen. We cannot cancel Apple or Google charges from our dashboard.
